I am 42 years old, have four children and over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, managing international companies with a turnover of 20+ million.

My biggest project is Banknote, which I created from scratch, leading a team of 350 people.

I have a degree in business administration (RSEBAA) and an Executive MBA (Riga Business School). My strengths are team management, building client relationships, structuring transactions and communicating with financial institutions.

I enjoy helping companies raise funding because it gives them the opportunity to develop faster, overcome temporary difficulties and contribute to the growth of the Latvian economy.

In my free time, I am passionate about CrossFit, reading books and traveling with my family.
